All of our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced to create safe, sustainable products that are vegan, phthalate free, dye free, free of paraffin wax, additional wax additives, and never tested on animals.
Our candles are made with 100% US grown soy wax, 100% cotton core wicks containing zero amounts of lead, and blends of the finest fragrance oils infused with essential oils.
We use a high quality premium blend of man-made and natural fragrances for as they 1) allow us to create more complex scent profiles; 2) are oftentimes, more sustainable to produce; and, 3) allow us to offer our products at accessible price points.
Our products are designed to elevate - not overpower - your everyday. Because of this, their scent throw will be more intimate than other products on the market. To ensure your space is well-scented, we suggest using each product in the appropriately-sized space.
CANDLE CARE - Candles need love too!
- CREATE A BURN MEMORY - Always allow melted wax to reach the sides of the vessel for the first burn. This creates a 'burn memory' which will prevent your candle from tunneling and creates an even burn ensuring you get the maximum burn time out of your candle.
- Do NOT burn your candle for more than 4 hours and TRIM wick to 1/4" before relighting each time. This is super important as it will reduce any smoke & 'mushrooming' of the wick encouraging a longer burn time

Candles can be a serious fire hazard if not used properly. The following tips are to help minimize your risk when burning your candles in your home.
- NEVER leave a burning candle unattended.
- ALWAYS place candles on an even surface.
- BURN AWAY from things that can catch fire (like bedding, curtains, decorations, and clothing).
- KEEP burning candles in a well ventilated area and out of reach of children and four legged friends.
- FOLLOW the burning instructions on the caution sticker on your candle.
- SIT BACK, relax and enjoy!

All candles are made to order and are normally processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive email notification when your order has been processed and on its way.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We currently only ship within the U.S. Please note USPS may be experiencing delays and we are NOT responsible for any lost/undelivered/stolen packages once they leave us.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, always! If you’re unsatisfied with your Sea Love product, please contact our Customer Care team at Hello@SeaLove.com and we’ll help get the process started.
If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos within 3 days of receiving and a detailed description in your email, and we'll get started on your exchange or replacement order ASAP.
Refunds are processed on unused, undamaged products only. Please return your items back to SL HQ in the original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed, as we're unable to process refunds on items that arrive broken.
Refunds are applied to returned product only and do not cover any original shipping fees. As a small, growing business, we are currently unable to pay for return shipping. Once submitted, refunds typically return to the original payment method within 3-10 business days.
If there’s one thing we know, it’s that there is no such thing as too much Sea Love. If you’d prefer store credit instead of a refund or exchange, let us know and we’d be happy to help. Store credit is issued as a gift card in the amount of the product and does not include shipping fees.
Exceptions: we do not accept returns or offer refunds on discounted or sale items, gift cards, or third party products.
